We pour a little oil in the bottom of a casserole and pepper. We wash, clean and chop the carrot and leek. The zucchini I like to leave it with skin discarding the hit or marked areas that I remove with the help of a sprig. First, sauté the carrot a little and then add the zucchini and the leek.

Peel, chop and add garlic cloves to the casserole. Sauté everything until the vegetables are almost poached. Chop the ham, give it a few turns, take out the chili pepper and pour tomato sauce to taste. Add the basil and oregano, lower the heat to a minimum and let the whole set take a few minutes while cooking the macaroni.

We prepare the pasta by cooking it in abundant salt water with a few drops of oil so that the macaroni does not stick together. We will cook the minutes indicated by the manufacturer to leave it to the point that we like. We drain and go through cold water. Mix with the sauce, leave a couple of minutes on the minimum heat to combine the flavors, and serve immediately accompanied by grated cheese.
